Cost v Benefit

In 2004 the benefit cost ratio achieved by graduates was evaluated over 3 years during 2002-2004.  Farms surveyed and benchmarked over the 3 years recorded an average lift in Return on Investment of 100% representing an increase in profit (before interest and tax) of approximately $90,000 per annum.  Our ongoing benchmarking of clients continues to support the case for substantial returns on the time and money invested in training.  To read some client case studies [click here].
