		Andrew Beattie After completing a B.AgrSc at the University of Tasmania in 1988, Andrew began his career in agriculture as Project Manager with the Department of Primary Industries.  For the past 12 years Andrew has been working as a senior management consultant delivering training and strategic planning to clients across Southern Australia. Andrew is now partner of PrincipleFocus and sits on the Executive Board as Financial Controller and Manager of the Tasmanian office.
		Peter Debus Peter was the founding Director of bridgeway group. He has 20 years experience in commercial and professional business roles, implementing and advising on strategy and business development solutions. His areas of expertise include business model development, establishing appropriate business structures, value pricing, business valuation and succession planning. He has assisted clients transfer $150 million of business assets between generations and has also advised on the sale and acquisition of businesses valued in excess of $75 million.
		Andrew Dunbabin Andrew was a Partner of Day Neilson Accountants in Geelong, where he specialised in providing services to farmers with an emphasis on business structures, succession and estate planning.  Before joining Day Nielson in 1991, Andrew worked as an accountant for a number of firms based in Tasmania and the UK.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University and is also a Glenormiston Ag college graduate.  He grew up on a family farm in Tasmania, and now owns and operates his own farm at Bannockburn near Geelong.
